Incorporated in 2006, Susan Lemons Consulting, LLC is a business drawing on many years of experience in multiple industries.
Some of those experiences are listed here:
- As a former member of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners, Susan helped develop the Corporate Health Achievement Award for the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 1995 and continues to train the Board of Examiners yearly.
- As the head of Motorola's Productivity Initiatives in the 1980's, Susan helped to develop the framework of Six Sigma that became the industry standard of process excellence.
- As the World Wide Vice President of Reengineering for Johnson & Johnson in 1997, Susan co-led a corporate team of executives to develop what became Johnson & Johnson's Process Excellence program. She then led Process Excellence to create over $2B in improvement in the first two years.
- As Vice President of Quality and Reengineering for American Express, Susan led the corporate goal alignment program that helped return American Express to be recognized by merchants again as a premier supplier.
