The client is the expert on their business…the consultant is the expert on process. The consultant brings value by providing visibility from another perspective. Or in some cases providing capacity where the client may not have capacity.
The people who are in the business must be engaged in the solutions of the business. So, all engagements will involve bringing in client personnel.
The role of the consultant is to be one of teacher or coach, leaving early and giving the client the tools to sustain results.
We will not bid on a job that we do not feel qualified or have the capacity to fulfill. We will refer to other experts who we know to meet a clients needs.
